We have seven areas of ministry. Each is composed of volunteer groups who serve on weekends and during the week. We invite you to check out the list below and fill out our short interest form.
Children’s Ministries
Unveil God’s love to children and families. Volunteers serve in teams for children from ages nine weeks to 5th grade.
Creative and Technical Arts
From operating the sound system to drama to music, the creative arts teams use their skills and talents in media production, performing arts and technology to keep WSFC on the cutting edge of spreading the Gospel.

Guest Services
Create a warm welcome for every guest at WSFC. This team includes: Parkers, Greeters, Coffee Bar, Ushers, and Prayer Team.
Outreach Teams
“Love them until they ask why.” We have four major areas of outreach: the Salem Free Medical Clinic, Salem Dream Center (Edgewater district), City Vibe (homeless) and Missions. We are looking for individuals who desire to spread the love of Christ throughout our community and world.

Prayer and Care
Provide pastoral care for those who are experiencing painful and difficult times. Our teams are trained lay ministers. Teams include: recovery, divorce care, healing prayer, grief care and visitation.
Small Groups
We believe that groups enable individuals to connect with others and mature in their walk with Jesus. We are looking for individuals who are willing to facilitate groups or offer their homes or places of work for groups to meet in. Our Small Groups Pastor has SG resources available.
Youth Ministries
Youth Ministry Teams serve middle, high school and college age students both on weekends and during the week. Be a part of reaching and equipping the next generation for Jesus Christ.
